Visual Calendar Badge
Bookings where the customer requested a specific agent display a ribbon badge directly on the calendar tile.
Badge text:
Requested Agent
This allows staff and managers to instantly recognize these bookings without opening the reservation.
Booking-Level Setting
Inside the LatePoint booking modal, a new option is added:
Customer requested this agent
Staff can enable or disable this flag while editing or creating a booking.
Automatic Detection for Online Bookings
For bookings created through the frontend booking form, the plugin automatically assumes that the agent was requested.
This ensures customer choices are always recognized in the calendar.
Role-Based Permissions
The plugin integrates with LatePoint Roles and adds two new permissions.

Administrators (manage_options) always have access.
Where It Appears
Booking Modal (Admin)
When opening or editing a booking, you will see:
Customer requested this agent
Enable it to mark the reservation accordingly.
Calendar View
Inside LatePoint → Calendar (calendars__view):
Bookings with the flag enabled show a ribbon badge:
Requested Agent
The ribbon appears on the top-left corner of the booking tile.
Data Storage
The plugin stores the flag using LatePoint booking meta.
Additional Notes
- Ribbon placement is designed to avoid conflicts with other LatePoint overlays (such as SMS badges).
- All plugin strings are translation-ready.
