You can create an account during checkout when you purchase your first product. Sign up is only available at that step.

Use the Sign In link in the header. Enter your email and password.

Each product version allows 4 downloads. After that, wait for a new update (counter resets) or request a file via Support.

Purchases include 1 year of free updates. After that, support expires and you must renew to continue downloading. If you renew after expiry, you get 1 download only until a new release (then 4 again).

Sign in, go to Dashboard → Support, select the product and describe your question. We keep the full history in the ticket.
