🔐 Access Control & Security
Role-Based Access
Access to Daily Reports is controlled via:
LatePoint → Settings → Roles
Enable the capability:
“Daily Reports”
Only selected roles can open the reports page.
Optional Password Protection
Admins can set an extra password:
Settings → Daily Reports
- Users with access must enter the password
- Password stays valid for 24 hours
- Leave it empty to disable password protection
This adds an extra layer of financial privacy.
How to Use
1️⃣ (Optional) Set a Password
Go to:
Settings → Daily Reports
Enter a password and click Save Password.
Leave empty if you don’t want password protection.
2️⃣ Grant Role Access
Go to:
LatePoint → Settings → Roles
Enable Daily Reports for the roles that should access it.
3️⃣ View Reports
Go to:
LatePoint → Daily Reports
Select date range and filters → Click Apply → View results instantly.
