Instead of immediately opening the full booking editor, clicking an appointment displays a clean, compact preview containing all the essential information your team needs—including the service, booking status, date and time, customer, assigned agent, location, order information, and customer notes.

Staff can then take action directly from the preview:

• Edit Booking — Open the standard LatePoint booking editor

• View Customer — Access the customer’s profile in the sidebar

• Quick SMS — Send a message without leaving the calendar when Bulkgate LatePoint Quick SMS is installed and enabled

• Close — Return to the calendar instantly
