LatePoint Search Customer Preview upgrades the standard customer search in the LatePoint admin area into a much faster and more useful customer management tool.

Instead of searching for a customer, opening their profile, navigating through different screens and then returning to what you were doing, the addon gives you instant access to customer information and important actions directly from the search results.

It is especially useful for busy reception desks, appointment-based businesses and teams that frequently need to look up customers while answering phone calls or creating bookings.

Instant Customer Preview

A new Preview (eye) button is added next to customers in the LatePoint search results.

Click it to open a clean customer preview without leaving the current page. From the preview you can quickly see the customer's contact information and booking statistics, including total bookings, upcoming bookings and cancelled bookings, as well as their blocked status when applicable.

Take Action Immediately

The customer preview isn't just for viewing information. It also provides quick access to the actions staff use most often.

From the same window you can:

• Create a new booking for the customer
• View reservation history
• Edit the customer
• Send a Quick SMS when supported/configured
• View the customer's phone number and email
• Check important booking statistics and status



There is also a dedicated Edit icon directly in the search results, making common customer-management tasks require fewer clicks.

Recent Phone Numbers

One of the most useful features for reception and telephone bookings is the new Recent Numbers section.

The addon remembers the last 5 phone numbers opened/searched, together with the customer's name and time. Staff can quickly return to a recently handled customer instead of typing the phone number again.

This is particularly useful when handling several incoming calls, switching between customers or needing to return to a customer you were working with moments earlier.

Cleaner LatePoint Search

The addon also improves the appearance and usability of the LatePoint search dropdown, providing a cleaner customer result layout and clearly visible Preview and Edit actions.
